Printed materials are returnable if they are in new condition, unless otherwise stated. CDs and software are returnable if they are unopened in their original packaging, unless otherwise stated. It is our policy that downloadable items are not returnable.
If you have a significant problem, please contact customer service, and solutions to problems will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

COPYRIGHTS
All of our publications are copyrighted. The purchaser is authorized to print copies of the student materials for use in his/her own classroom. In the event that the purchaser is an entity rather than a person, our materials are single-user licensed; one copy must be purchased for each user. Discounts are available for multiple users. PRINTED GOODS
Most of the downloadable materials on tpet.com are also available in printed format. If you prefer printed format to the digital copy, please contact Customer Service; we’re glad to make the printed copies available to you.
SHIPPING POLICY
Physical products are shipped "best way" to your billing address. If you want your item(s) shipped to a different location or if you prefer one carrier over another (UPS or USPS), use the comment section on the order page to specify a different address or carrier preference.
