About the Book The Phantom Tollbooth

The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster follows the adventures of Milo, a bored young boy who discovers a mysterious tollbooth in his room. Upon driving through it, he is transported to the whimsical Kingdom of Wisdom, where he embarks on a quest to rescue the princesses Rhyme and Reason. Along the way, Milo encounters a variety of quirky characters, including Tock the watchdog and the Humbug, and visits fantastical places like Dictionopolis and Digitopolis. 

Through his journey, Milo learns to appreciate the wonders of the world around him and the importance of curiosity and knowledge.
