About the Book Tiger Eyes

Tiger Eyes by Judy Blume is a touching young adult novel that explores the emotional turmoil of a teenage girl named Davey Wexler as she copes with the sudden loss of her father.

After her father is killed in a robbery, Davey’s family moves from New Jersey to New Mexico to stay with relatives. In this new and unfamiliar place, Davey confronts her grief and anxiety, symbolized by her panic attacks and her struggle to return to normal life.

The novel captures her journey through the stages of mourning, from denial to acceptance, and her encounters with new friends, including a mysterious young man known as Wolf, who helps her begin to heal.

The story looks at the complexities of loss, the process of healing, and the resilience of the human spirit.

Meanwhile, this page is active so you can order books; it just isn't quite as informative or graphically appealing as the new page will be. Thanks for understanding! :-)
